Mittels Feldbeobachtungen und Interviews mit Lokalpolitikern, Polizisten, Sozialarbeitern, Mitgliedern von zivilgesellschaftlichen Gruppen, potenziellen Opfern und Angehörigen der rechten Szene wird das Auftreten rechter Gesellungen seit den frühen 1990er Jahren beschrieben.
